In order to register as a MoLo carrier, carriers need to complete RMIS registration.

In addition to completing the Carrier Profile, carriers will need to provide an electronic W9, a Certificate of Insurance meeting minimum $100,000 Cargo Coverage, $1,000,000 Auto Coverage, and Workers’ Compensation Coverage.
